Most of guests staying in this hotel are parents of the students studying in the nearby universities. We had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and had come to drop our 2nd child at the university. But at the last moment she got anxious and wanted to spend her last night with us. The front desk guy immediately asked us to pay the extra charges, saying its hotel policy. We had already paid for 1 extra bed and the room was not big enough for 2 extra beds. He then turned rude saying that it doesn't matter if we get a bed or not, we WILL have to pay the extra charges. It was a very emotional moment for us as our daughter was going to live at the university for 3 years and this guy just made it worse. We spoke to several parents the next day, who also went through the same trauma. Paying extra was not the issue, as 1500₹ extra wouldn't make a big difference. But hiring bouncers as front desk guys who lack sensitivity and empathy is a big turn off for this hotel. Also, please note that many rooms have no windows, which the bouncer doesn't clarify while checking in. It feels claustrophobic .

We stayed overnight here. Had 2 deluxe rooms between 4 people. And when we were checking out they said we stole their hangers from both rooms without checking from their staff that the hangers were not their in the first place.Then when we said we'll open our luggage and make a video and if it doesnt turn out in our things then what will you do. Thats when they started saying that sorry our bad the hangers werent in the rooms. Then when we asked to speak with the superiors this lady at the reception started misbehaving with us and shouting at us. Thats when we raised our voice too. Despite asking for her name the staff specially this other person named Sagar sheltered her and asked us to leave from their hotel.The lady at the reception also misbehaved with us when we were paying the room service bill. She was incompetent. This is pathetic service. And I will never recommend staying here.
