Hotel is Nice, but very bad service, They switch off the AC from outside, Geyers water switched is also off from outaide the room. Need to improve on service

posting this at 02.20 in the morning coz we've just shifted our room. Though this one is also not good but yea at least flush is working here. Shifting is also done after having a talk with Goibibo executive. After that the caretaker was too rude to us saying- APKO ROOM SHIFT KARANA HAI ESA BOLO NA FLUSH KA ISSUE BANANE KI ZARURAT KAHA HAI??? 🙄 Linen was damn dirty and so was room. TV shows only a news channel or two or three may be(who cares after all these). 😒🙄 We are two girls here, came to spend our precious holiday of Mahaveer Jayanti. Thanks to their poor service. GOOD NIGHT TO US!!

My booking was from 12th October to 13th October. I did the express check in through net as I was reaching Jaipur late at night. When I arrived at hotel with my wife at 1.30 AM on 13th October I found that the hotel manager didn’t have any information about my booking. As the manager was gentlemanly and cooperative he gave me the room and told me that, things we will settle next morning. The next morning he told me about the confirmation of my booking.
