Hotel Apple Inn

one of the worst experiences I had 1. CLEANLINESS - this is a major major concern from bedsheet to tables to telephones , everything covered with dust.The room itself smells wierd, like it hadn't been cleaned ever.2. Bathroom - both hot and cold water is available but the quality of bucket and specially mug is so so poor, not even 5 rsI saw spiders and leeches in the bathroomalso they provide substandard soap and shampoo.and oh my god the towel they provided is equivalent to towels that we throw out at home coz they are done 3. the lighting is so poor in the room4. This may not apply to everyone but the quality of mattress is v poor so if you are suffering from back pain, it's going to be a challenge5.the cups and glasses were so dirty and the table itself seemed like it has never been wiped6 they provide two options balcony and terrace, if you choose the terrace one the view of terrace is pretty awesome but it's just beneath their cafe and u can hear every chair that will be moved, would not recommend if you are light sleeper.Conclusion - to the hotel please please make cleanliness a priority, I was charged way too much for what you are providingyou are not providing basic necessities expected from a hotel

I booked this hotel through goibebo and below is my feedback. pros The hotel is situated at a prime location. Specious and having a personal park. The hotel has a parking facility. Always book breakfast and dinner when you stay here and the quality of food is good and worth the money. Nature of hotel manager gaurav is good. Cons My experience was not as good as I booked 2 rooms with a balcony but when I reached the hotel, they said both rooms have been issued to other customers. Room geyser was not working in both the room. They arranged a hot water bucket for the bath but it was a really bad experience. Hotel doesn't have extra buckets so if you need more than one bucket they don't have it. Blanket was smelling on day one. they replace it next day but day one was not good. Hotel service is average as no one picks your phone till 7 am in the morning.

a must visit property. highlights - 1- Greenery around. 2-local birds view 3- very close to sattal 4-near and clean room 5- 24 hrs hot water supply 6-tasty food . 7-beautiful cafes nearby negative points are negligible still 1- 5 km away from bhimtal lake 2- 3 km away from market. otherwise property is awesome for stay.

Hotel location is very good and situated near highway .Ideal distance of nainital, mukteshwar and ranikhet from this hotel.Hotel rooms and toilet are very clean. behavior of all hotel staff and manager is very good .I recommend this hotel for all tourist which visit nainital and also visit to mukteshwar and ranikhet.
