Not recommended:1) The electricity supply is controlled from the reception. Surprisingly most of the time they switched it off and had to call them frequently to switch on the power. Especially at night the rooms are freezing and had a disturbed sleep as the power supply to heaters were shut off from the reception area.2) The hotel is in a secluded place quite far from Gulmarg. The location needs to be updated.

Hotel is cost effective, value for money. but this is 15-20 km far from Gulmarg. Hotels in Gulmarg are very costly. So considering this, Apple Tree Resort is a good option. Food is okay but needs improvement. Service is good, staffs are cooperative. This is on plain, not in mountain. so temperature suits kids

Major electrical problems. Most of the time no electricity and when ask to start generator, staff refuse to do so. So hv to stay even without fan in summer season. when reported to staff they say hear 12 hrs there is no power and v hv to bear with them. Secondly heavy problem in wi-fi also.Horrible stay.

hotel staff was very cooperative and it is a very good resort with full amenities, they have given us complimentary dinner and breakfast for children, and provide us various sports activities like badminton, carrom etc. Overall it was a great holiday vacation while staying in this hotel.....

Rooms are spacious but not well maintained (TV doesn't function, had electricity issues and mainly appearance wasn't good). Food was not good. A few better things were: People seemed to be decent. Hot water was available. Hotel has decent garden outside.

Hotel ambiance and services are good. Hotel is well located on Srinagar Gulmarg way. Few game gadgets available at reception area are entertaining for all ages. A scope of improvement in areas of lavatory and kitchen services is still there.

this hotel is down on highway, Beauty of Gulmarg is far away from this hotel. we don't like food of hotel. but hotel is good and manager is so cooperative. if you like to see real Gulmarg, then this will not give you single%

Not a good place to stay with families. Food was pathetic.Rooms were dark and shabby. Most of the parts in bath room were leaking. In total I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any one.

pls don't visit in these resort, we are facing charging issue, no power backup, no warm water, room is not clean, food is OK. in these price you will get best hotels.

This hotel is about 20KM from Gulmarg in middle of highway, Contradictory to name they don't have even a single Apple tree. Rooms were big but are little untidy.

room was good but service was not good...asked for tea so many times..but everytime they said that kitchen is busy...you can't rely for food or anything on them.

Location is good, on the Srinagar Gulmarg highway. Ambience is good. Wi-Fi service was unavailable during stay. Overall a fine stay if your budget is low
