i can say it is the best hotel to stay and holds 5 grade rating in all respect.hotel reception staff is so polite. the rooms are superb within 800 rs for s single non ac room. the one and only drawback is it is quite a long distantly located from both railway station and ksrtc bus stand and does not have any restaurent nearby hotel. auto people drive for 100 to 130 rs for both railway station ksrtc bus stand. you will get one good restaurent called arya grand veg restaurent afer a walk of 1 km from hotel in the right direction of hotel.

excellent room.... the best value for money hotel in kottayam district.... shower and drinking water are not available... apart from that it's a great experience... and also a friendly behaviour from the staffs... feels very comfortable...
