bad services, no daily cleaning, bad odor in restrooms. no hand wash, soap or toiletries in rest room. no sanitizer around. ac is not working properly. no beeakfast provided even thought included in the package. very lazy staff. surprisingly the staff who cleans toilets are also cleanings plates and tables in the restaurant. very bad maintenance. the only positive point is food is tasty in the restaurant.

Horrible service! It's like talking to dead and dumb people. Refused to give a second towel, where there are two guests, and charged for second bottle of water. Pillows had no covers, and the first room offered has a broken mattress

very poorly maintained hotel, highest price poor service, bugs and flys in the rooms, didn't expected this in executive rooms. over all worst experience.
