Arise Ethnic Village Resort

Not Recommended!!Reaching there was a task, there are 2 roads that lead to the resort. Please take the 'Right' one not the left.When we reached the resort at 4 'o' clock, one of our rooms was not ready. Though the Check-In time was 2pm. We had to wait for 1.5 hours to get to our other room and relax.Terrible rooms, we stayed room had squirrels, frogs, lizards inside the room. It took the Housekeeping half an hour to get them out and their excuse was that there is greenery. Well I have been to other greenery surrounding resorts but never have I heard that the animals stay inside the rooms.The roof was covered with a cloth which was torn from different places because of which the animals were able to enter the room and jump all over us. The staff promised to stitch the cloth but no one really got about to do it.The food was okayish. We didn't take their package because we were not sure of the timings they would offer food at and we preferred A-La Carte so that we had the liberty to eat what we wanted to eat and when we wanted. However, anything we asked for they right away refused we had to tell them that we wanted a particular item and we would pay for it! It was Absolutely Annoying.I can't believe it, I have so much more to say!! However, I'm going to stop because it was a pathetic experience!Not Recommended At All!!

Had one of the worst stays at this place, will not recommend it at all, Property is not even connected with proper roads, the way to resort is through farms, car can easily get stuck and tyres can deflate easily, the surrounding area is not safe at all, Had to wait like 1.5 hours outside the main gate during my late night check in even after informing and confirming my check in time to reception. rooms are worst, very dirty and small, washroom smells. (one of the worst rooms even to stay in). food breakfast is pathetic, place for breakfast is no less than a roadside small dhaba, that too filled with flies. only good thing about this resort is outside space they have, ducks and bunnies. other than that, dont ever stay at this place.

Horrible experienceNothing right in this property. all the activities which shown in pics and almost on the edge of broken down. lizards welcome you when you enter in room. frogs roaming around in the washroom. water dipping from fall sealing. what you said about food, the way they are charging you for food like some five-star buffet but it's just like some roadside food stall. No water in taps, no phone provided in the room no Refrigerator in room in this heat where temperature is around 40+ they were giving you room temperature water.They will not provide you water you need to buy from them.it's not like some resort or some lavish property but its like some old Dharamshala where you need to adjust for everything.

Problems faced at stay:1. don't show deluxe room picture3. TV not working 4. No phone and wifi network in or around room have to go outside room each time5. Broken & dirty buckets/mugs6. Loud music played within premises till midnight 7. Delay in room service plus wrong order delivery 8. Neighbors nagging midnight about cleanliness of roomTotally it's not advised to stay in this resort just extorting money, writing this review middle of night since it's unbearable and have no option to get the booking cancelled.
