The manager was very rude, arrogant and highly unprofessional and cunning too...The bedsheet was dirty Ac was not cooling properly... TV was also not working initially...I visited the hotel first with the manager then the same time i booked and just after completion of booking, the manager told me that hot water facilities not available... i told him that he should be informed initially and then he said" आपने मुझे पेमेंट नहीं किया है आप जानो और ज्यादा प्रॉब्लम है तो कैंसिल कर दो " though my booking was non refundable so i am not able to cancel so i have to stayed there but my mood was spoiled due to his irresponsible and manner less behavior...

Review: The Stay at Arista was Amazing because the staff is very polite and ready to help The view from the Hotel was Amazing like mountains and very peaceful in nature Its budget friendly too Book from goibibo and get the maximum discount Thank you goibibo Room was very comfy especially the Bed this is very worth and must place to stay in Udaipur.

Needs to improve cleanliness and overall services. Professional approach is lacking.. Apart from Swimming pool no any entertainment is there. But, Swimming pool was not clean, it was dirty.. It is not at all 4 star Hotel. We can consider in 3 star.. Food was good.. and pool side view is also good..
