Awesome sea view. Homely host. If you are looking for beach side cottages in Agonda beach, within a tight budget, then Arya cottages is the best option. My two nights three days stay at Arya cottages will always remain memorable. Location: This is the best aspect of Arya Cottages. The cottage is located at the far north end of Agonda beach. The sea facing cottages have splendid views of the Arabian sea. I felt like sitting at the porch of my room for all day long and listen to the sea waves. The cottage is just 50 metres from the sea. You can walk out of your room anytime and walk on the sands, or go for a quick swim. Rooms: They have 8 cottages in total. Two sea facing cottages. Rooms are fitted with AC, geyser, ceiling fan, basic cupboard and bed with cozy mattress. No power backup yet, but you can't complain. Service and food: The owner Mr. Jayprakash will be available on call most of the times for any query. The manager Mr. Adarsh is a jack of all trades, he will tend to your requests and requirements throughout the stay. Behavior is reciprocal. You treat the staff well, you get the best service. They serve homely food, besides the food listed in the menu. The food was awesome. Ask for a Goan fish thali and you won't be disappointed. Beer and other liquor are available at the cottage. Price: Sea facing rooms will cost around Rs per night including taxes and depending on booking. Other rooms will cost around Rs per night. Prices are lesser compared to other cottages on the Agonda beach. Tips to follow while booking: The sea view cottages are in huge demand at any given day at Agonda beach. So book early. Once you have booked the sea facing cottages, please please call the owner/manager and confirm your arrival dates and tell him repeatedly to assign the sea facing cottages. Due to technical issues on booking, the hotel might mistakenly assign you the partial sea view rooms. However, even if you miss out on the sea facing rooms, you can go and talk to the owner and shift to the sea facing rooms the next day Or whenever those rooms are vacated. If you want to sit by the sea at night, just ask for plastic chairs and take these to the sands and relax. Everything within the limits are allowed. Pros:Best location. Awesome sea view. Friendly owner and staff. Homely feeling. Clean rooms. Basic amenities. Late checkout is possible according to availability of rooms. No disturbance from staff. Pocket friendly room rate. Cons:It's a new property, so the entrance to the hotel might be confusing at first. They need to put up a standard entry gate. They need to create a proper dining space and maybe an in-house restaurant for daily guests. They can improve the building structures and put up more sea facing cottages. Overall verdict:A must stay hotel/cottage in Agonda beach. Mr. Jayprakash has done a great job with whatever resources available. Awesome sea view from the cottage. Great service. If you are coming to Goa to relax in decent budget, then Arya cottages is a must visit hotel.

This was the second time I visited because of the wonderful experience I had on 1st time in 2016. As always FOOD was mouth watering, from egg 🍳, chicken 🍗, seafood to breads and snacks. Perfect location and people around you will make you feel at home with unforgettable memories. Beautiful sunset 🌅 spot. A calm, nice, and relaxing place to be at. I went for Kayaking twice (just 250-300rs) Dolphin 🐬 watch (600 rs per head and it can be 300 also based on no. of people in boat). Trip includes visit to honeymoon beach, butterfly beach and much more. Fishing 🎣 and birdwatching is also available. Temperature was nice. You can go to MOBOR beach (25km from here) 🌊 for sports activities 1700 per person for parasailing, jetski, ringo and banana ride. You can take a scooter 🏍 for rent in 250-350 rs depending on season. VALUE FOR MONEY, Must visit place in goa atleast once. Enjoy 😊 live life beautifully and stay blessed 😚

WORST place to stay in agonda beach!!**trust me ,the place is terribly disappointing.we had booked 2 sea facing rooms and had spoken to the owner n confirmed them.on arriving we realised Arya cottages has only one sea facing cottage and that the owner wasn't being honest with us.we were given another room instead.the rooms were poorly maintained.bed spread was dirty.the bathroom didn't have hot water which was promised.the resort staff , refused to give hot water in buckets too.the breakfast service was bad.overpriced rooms with irritable and rude staff.the last place one should stay in agonda.avoid this place .OVERALL EXTREMELY UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE.there are much better huts and resorts on this beautiful beach to make ur trip amazing.

Amazing view of the Arabian sea. The beach is easily accessible. Bathroom was clean with hot water facility. Breakfast items can be improved and is not included as part of stay
