The hotel is good..the facilities are also good. The rate was also parvade tevo... I go there many times. Every now and then I use the room there.. Every time the cleanliness is also good. But this time there was a lack of cleanliness... so much so that like every time, even soap was not provided by the hotel. Yes, a water bottle was provided... and the checking in experience was as good as every time... TV was in working condition, AC. It was in working condition, but it was not providing cooling as required. The room has AC as per the price paid. There was no facility of AC. Was asking for repair... I had visited this hotel before, but at that time,it was really bad, no towel, unclean bedsheets,etc. But, this time they have really improved a lot. there was good room service.They did provided towels and soaps this time. AC was good.

the rooms are so dirty they are not so good and all. the stuff doesn't care and no room service,food is available. location is not good at all. it feels like a rs 400-500 wala hotel.

the ants was everywhere in the room. we changed 2 rooms due to ant issues and the water wasn't good as well. but the staff was good. Thus, overall experience is average.
