WHEN I REACHED HOTEL EARLY IN THE MORING HOTEL MANAGER DENIED FOR ANY BOOKING. I HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER ROOM IN ANOTHER HOTEL. WHY YOU DON"T GET CONFIRMATION FROM HOTEL. I HAVE ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE. IF I GO TO CONSUMER COURT THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE THAN ONE ROOM.

Stay in this hotel was very nice and service is really appreciable. Location too is comfortable to reach. Staff was cooperative. Overall there was nothing reprehensible about this hotel. Got a nice time in this hotel.

The entrance stairs to the reception/ hotel are high. It is really very difficult to climb with luggages. The receptionist saw me struggling to carry luggages did not bothered to help.
