This was my 4th visit and the worst one among it. As the rooms were not fully satisfied. If in one room the sound of fan is coming then in the other water is leaking in the bathroom and the other don't has the mattress which was allotted to me. Even after repeated complain nobody came for tv repair. Food quality and taste should be little better. With due respect please look into the above things and rectify so that such complaints shouldn't arise again with any other

Property is very near to Janakpuri Metro station, Walking distance from Unity Mall. Well Maintained, Clean and hygienic Rooms, All safety measures are taken by their management. Delicious food at very reasonable price. Staff were polite overall exceeded my expectations for Budget property. Comfortable Room, safe and privacy is maintained near to Shopping complex, Metro.

the stay was a bare bone bnb, thus not justifying the price upwards. even then the basic minimum expected service would be cleanliness. the toilets were not cleaned, there was no soap or toiletries provided. there was even a mishap when the light bulb over the bed fell on the bed while me and my wife were asleep. we could have easily been injured.

first of all staff at reception said that they have cancelled my booking. after argument they allotted a dirty room. there was big piller inside the room. bathroom was dirty. no towel in bathroom. no room service. horrible and pathetic experience. i left hotel after 3 hours and moved to other hotel

the hotel room condition was very bad. there were so many cockroaches everywhere in the room and washroom as well. the tv was not working, there was stained on the blanket as well as in the bedsheet.

Superb Hotel Amenities Its been almost two years for all my business tour visits. This property never disappoints. The hotel staff should better look after the appliances in the for a good future.
