I chose this deluxe room for ₹1680, but the stay was disappointing. Cons: - The room had significant issues with lighting. At night, a bright light outside made it difficult to sleep, even with the curtains closed, as they couldn’t block the light effectively (as shown in the image). - The window facing the corridor was transparent, letting in excessive light, while the one facing outside was opaque. - The toilet was poorly maintained. - The bedsheet and floor were not clean. - The room had a lot of mosquitoes. - There was constant noise both during the day and night, disrupting the stay. Pros: - The room included amenities like a fridge, sofa, TV, and hot water.

Hotel is decent, I believe it can be improved for the price we pay. I stayed at standard NoN AC, the floor are bit dusty, room maintenance can be improved, there are lot of smoke smell around the room since there are lot of bachelor staying in other room, which causing smell in our room and in the floor..for family it will be a disturbance..TV is there, but no power socket, only provided for King suite AC room.. good thing is that the bed cot is good and springy, we had a very good sleep. bathroom is somewhat good. overall it's a Average experience.. recommend for bachelor but not for family

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. TV not working No wifi I won't recommend much because of few reasons . There is no stable wifi connection. I wasn't able to work with wifi. Also tv was not connected. What's appreciable is good behaviour of staffs and stay without any troubles. Easy to access infopark and other many places here

I got the non AC room under 1k , i initially didn't have any expectations but to my surprise the room was big and very clean , the staff who was in the reception was extremely helpful and polite . I would 100% recommend this place

AWA Residency is situated in a small street 400 metres away from the main road. Other than this, the stay was excellent. Worth for this price.Staff behaviour is well and it should be appreciated.

Well for amt paid the room was okaish. There wasn't a tv. The bedsheet and pillow cover were so worn out. electricity went on and off several times.so i will say very average stay and amenties.
