AZAD HIND BEACH RESORT

Stayed on 2nd August Room no 305. Pros : New Property, the room number mentioned above has partial sea view with balcony. Cons: 1.We were given 104 initially which didn't have view, intercoms were not working however they changed to 305 which was better. 2. Food variety is something which needs to get worked upon. We had to keep on modifying orders as the service boys lacked sync on availability. 3. Buffet menu remained same for both the days. 4. If you are not driving on your own and you depend on the security to call you an auto, you might end up missing bus! 😔 5. Exactly not beach resort as this property falls in the third line, the tariff which was charged could have got us much more in lesser tariff with better amenities and view. Huge scope of improvement is observed.

the hotel didn't provide extra bed and charged for extra bed though our booking was for 3 adults. washroom shower and trigger pipe were not working properly.. food delivery in room was extreme late and delivered after 4-5 reminders. administration is very poor...and they charged extra money though confirmed that same rates as restaurant. wrong billing of food and extra money taken though we ate in restaurant also swimming pool water was very dirty

The resort is just 1min away from the beach. Food was absolutely great, a bit expensive if you're on a budget though, but still worth it. The staffs were absolutely polite and very friendly. Even though it's a very new resort but still you won't find any trouble with any of the basic amenities. Absolutely perfect stay for couples or even for families.
