paid 26 k non refundable value (3 rooms for 4 nights) for a placebig dustbin was kept just outside our rooms and it was stinking all the time when we came to the room varenda.ac's have a musty smellthe bed sheets had dirt spots - like it was not even washed after previous stay.there was 3 inch cockroach sitting on the bed when we came back later that evening, and the staff cleaned it but did not even bother to apologise.the ac was leaking was into the room for 3 out of 4 days of stay in 1 room, the staff did not even bother to fix it, they will just mop and leave. we had force them to call the owner to give the complaint and then last day they fixed it.the staff stole petrol every night from bikes we rented from them, we filled full tank at 4 pm and went to anjuna and back, tank was empty next morning..do not trust the staff and stay in this place

No hospitality, no room service and no one is there to talk like human beings and i suggest never take this hotel And they say that rooms are sea view, it is but there is no balcony to see that
