mr. anil yadav was very rude with us from day 1 .a/c was not working properly & tv was not recharged when we asked about the problem anil told us that we will do tommorow & he stayed on his words till we check out .that was a very bad performance .. Sanju was a helpful guy he was polite but anil was very rude a/c was not working tv was not working rooms were not cleaned day by day .. we waited 1 hr outside room bcoz anil told us ki your timing is 12 so I will give you a key at 12 pm .. n while checking out he was shouting ki do it fast n all very disappointed with anil 0/10.!!!!

Rooms were good but didn't got swimming pool as mentioned at the time of booking & when asked the attendant about it he didn't said anything. The Care taker was a nice guy & the Studio was located nearby beach but no point of that as its hot in Goa. Rather going out would have relaxed in pool. Overall enjoyed the stay... I would have rated 5 but due to non availability of swimming pool i would rate 4.

Rooms are just okay. If you are on a budget trip, this room seems to be ok. Otherwise it's a waste. Owner of the hotel is very rude. They are hesitant to provide you towels and soaps, ask them 100 times to get one. Sanju the caretaker is good. Except his talking skills, everything else seems and feels like 700rs room.

there were no hotel by this name, map was wrong, the hotel staff took us to some inside house, there were no proper room quality, even the hotel staff was knocking on the door to get some things from the room by 11.45 pm, worst experience ever. no towel, no soap, totally waste, please don't book

room is well and very very beautiful and clean..rooms are big and all facilities avilble...we are doing great enjoying at room and pool...clean area ...staff behavior is very good...Mr yadav is very nice and cool...thanks ....we are coming again here also....

The location of the property is beside the main road only and the sea beach is approx 5 to 10 mins from the property. The room and the washroom was neat and clean and the staff had a nice behavior.

Pretty small rooms as per price as well as no one is there to attend you also on reception area there is no one we can contact. They took 1200 per night which was over priced.

Room is good as per budget. they got small pool where you can chill. Not any problem at all. Caretaker is nice. Will say worth of money.
