Anything written on bottom doesn't call for -ve feedback. It's just to convey management. To start with - we were given complimentary upgrade room. Check-in was smooth. Everything was perfect. Pakoda served in high tea in this monsoon weather was cherry on the cake. Breakfast was way way better then renowned 5* chains. To end with - the 1000/- voucher you gave while check-in was something you offered. We never asked for it. Then why in this world your bartender and other guy started laughing in front of us when we told them about redemming the voucher. We didn't redemmend while ordering food and other part. kahi to redeem karenge hi naa? he said laughingly - " yeh voucher wala hai " on basis of that they decided what starter should be offered with our beverage. In front of us- balaji kaa 10/- wala sing bhujiya faad k diya. disgusting. Ananta- sikho kuch inse. we are now never coming back as we are in love with bamboo saa. Been to dozen countries but bamboosa beats them all. we have just started. comin back soon...

The room was good and the food was fantastic! Monika provided excellent guidance throughout our stay—from check-in to check-out. She helped us with everything, including the puppet show and folk dance, which we really enjoyed. The high tea was also a lovely experience. Overall, a memorable and well-organized stay!
