I have booked two deluxe rooms. Check in time was 1 a.m. on 07 Aug 2021. I reached hotel at 8.00a.m. on 07 Aug 2021. To my surprise, I was told by Banjara hills Jungle Lodge that check in time is 1p.m. Breakfast was free. But they charged Rupees 1200. At 12.30 hrs we were given one room and four Cots were provided. No almirah for clothes, No hangers for clothes were provided. Phone was not available. Nobody was available to entertain at reception. Very rarely receptionist was available at reception. We were inconvenienced a lot and our visiting schedule too was disturbed.

overall a good experience. I faced glitches, first for the geyser, then A.C and when I raised concern strongly they changed my room. That's not all, even to get a cup of tea or water I personally went to reception numerous times.

overall below average experience water bottle (branded bislery) but they filled them by themselves.. for 4 bottles I got all of them with broken seal.

It was a nice smalll cozy property near to Moonsoon Palace and Bahubali Hills, and food was also good and you can get cabs or auto for travel.
