I wanted to visit Tata Memorial Hospital everyday for a conference and this was the nearest hotel I could find. After checking in, I realised that the hotel is very neat and clean. Though the approach road was little narrow and full of eateries, but on positive note this gave me lot of options to eat varieties of breakfast and try street food. the hotel staff was very humble and ready to help, even catered to the Midnight cravings with smile on their face. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit Dadar Parel area as because of its location you are very near to public modes of transportation and uber Ola Cabs are easily available.

Right from the time we entered we had a v good feeling about the whole place. Right from extremely polite and courteous service at the reception to clean bathrooms, well kept rooms, regular room cleaning service. Centrally located in Dadar v close to station and ASIAD terminus. They do not have a restaurant but they do have 24 hour room service and the food is pretty good. All amenities like AC Tv geyser etc were working perfectly fine. Wifi was one of the best We have had in any hotel. And to top this off an extremely good room rate, which got even better thanks to GoIbibo deals

Bawa regency surprised us. I have stayed in Mumbai hotels before and they charge exorbitant price for tiny rooms where you cannot even move properly. however This property is situated 500 m from dadar station which is one of the busiest areas and still continues ro maintain a serene outlook. The rooms are big to accommodate a bed and a proper seating area. The staff is courteous and they had no problem in giving us complimentary coffee when we requested. I feel that i have finally found a place in budget accommodation in Mumbai which I would recommend and go back to.

Stay at Bawa Regency had been one of the best stays I had in any hotel. Not only the hotel was good but the behaviour and concern of all the staff was just awesome. This is a highly recommended property and everyone wanting to book a property in this area should definitely try Bawa Regency to feel the difference.

Superb and prompt service by staff. Inspite of the sudden rains, the lobby and surroundings were kept clean by the staff. Safe for single lady travelers. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Mumbai and will suggest to my friends too. Great job. Keep it up.

The staff is very decent and co operative. Food is hygienic and tasty. I had a stay during exam here. The lunch and breakfast timings were adjusted by my exam schedule .. overall experience- excellent ..highly recommended !!
