BAY BERRY CAMP & RESORT

Excellent!!! Stayed here for 3 memorable nights 25-28 Oct'17. Interesting and very well furnished camping tents. This property is new, opened in April 2016. If you're looking for totally different experience, then you'll not regret the 15 minute walk downhill from the famous Haidakhan Baba Temple to the Camping site. You'll forget the walk once you enter the place. There are 10 Luxurious tents with large bathroom and dressing area behind. Ideal for small groups looking for a touch of adventure. Tasty food prepared to your choice. You can awaken your adventurous self in trying the rope-bridge walk or the Hanging-Tyre rope walk etc. on paying a nominal amount to the trainer there. Come evening, the host will arrange a bonfire and karaoke with good acoustics, if you wish to sing and dance. The cook prepared yummy and tasty starters, you'll not stop eating the parathas, too good. Mornings, We weren't lucky to sight the magnificent Trishul and Himalayas as it was hazy. Means, it worth going back again to Bayberry. Go here if you're looking for a totally lovely experience, you'll be glad you went there.

Great property and a very nice location. Some might feel the downhill walk to the resort (approx 200-400 mtrs) a little tiring, but that is what this makes an interesting place to visit. Right in the middle of a hill forest, this place really makes you forget all the noises of the world. Food quality is also good and delicious. Cost of the food can be termed as a little higher than expected. Also, please note, the free meal (as part of breakfast/lunch/dinner), whichever is being bought, doesn’t include the Non-veg dishes. The same should ideally be informed by the hotel (but it isn’t, for obvious reasons of charging). Be ready for a slightly higher than usual charges for non-veg dishes that you might order during the stay.

I stay here for one night with family. Swiss Cottage build well with limited amenities like hot and cold water, dental kit, soap, Big bathroom, king size bed. No TV, No fan (may require in day time), No intercom for room service, no fridge, no door bell. The owner and staff are well behaved, polite and show good courtesy. But staff was not trained properly to provide services like hotels. Food quality is ok but not so tasty. Food takes more time to serve ( may be due to shortage of well trained staff). Breakfast timings are too late(9:30 AM onwards) Overall one can stay for a night to experience "It's Different".

It was a wonderful experience to stay at hotel Bay berry.If you are a nature lover and want to spend leisure time amidst the surrounding of nature Bay Berry won't disappoint you. Only bottleneck is for aged and elderly people you need to do considerable amount of trekking for reaching the location. One added advantage is the quality of food is excellent and also the hospitality.
