Very worst customer service and reception guy not supportive. I have cancelled the 2nd night stay and at the time of cancellation request- hotel guy was there with me i put my speaker ON, But they are saying cannot be refunded as hotel is not accepting the refund request.

Hotel located in a commercial complex. Rooms are spacious. TV ,AC, Lenin are satisfactory. Food quantity and quality is also good but felt a bit high price. Breakfast disappoints with limited items. With the given price range it should offer buffet breakfast.
