goibibo can only give you minimum price for this hotel room comparing to other sites.. hotel should rennovate at outside... for food down the street cafe called "tea trails" is the best for snacks, continentals, mini lunch and also mini dinner. this cafe is a all in one solution. if you want cheaper/ indian dhaba style food then "down the street" food court with indian, italian, chinese food court . all these food places are on beach road just 2-4 building walking distance.. better than room service..

Pros-Only one i.e The location of the property. Cons-Not at all worth the price they charge. Washroom was stinking and unhygenic. I think the breakfast can be served as complimentry. There is a balcony but not of much use as its not maintained like the property. No proper cleaniness

After All Its Not a hotel, Its a Pent House. But The Rooms Are so good. Neat & cleaned. Staff are so cooperative. I really impressed with their behavior & Service. The food they supplied is little bit costly but The taste is good. Overall A pleasant stay here.

perfect guest house. ... with balcony beach view. Only negative thing is that they don't hv restaurant . they serve south Indian food from there kitchen. but don't worry for north Indian go to Punjabi grill restaurant which is 5 min walking distance.

Guest House is good for sea view as it is just road away from the beach. It is on the main road of Vizag and one has to only cross the road to reach to the beach. Otherwise it is OK OK for the money we pay.

Very good hotel with excellent beach view. Easily accessible. They also provide bikes for rent. But they did not provide food. That is the only drawback.

Hotel location is very good. All can see the beautiful beach scenery from the room and it has a wide balcony attached with room. Room size is vey big.
