initially soon after check in at best holiday inn shillong had an issue with geyser/ hot water supply but was sorted quickly, it was expected to have changed the room immediatly by the hotel management rather waiting for the geyser to work.

Good location. Most of staffs are well behaving except one in reception. Rooms are spacious but bed is small for 2 adults and one children. Room service good. Food quality and taste good. Can arrange car for tour.
