The hotel location is excellent and the hotel is good. but in the Executive room, the washroom is small and taps are dropping water continuously. In the Deluxe room, washrooms are good and enough in size. Both rooms need hangers in the cupboard, washroom and room. Lights are very low in the Deluxe room and Towels are very dirty. otherwise the staff is very co-operative. especially Receiption staff.

It was a great experience. Staff was kind & helpful in all ways. Easy to get cabs from here. The hotel was clean. Specifically the turban guy appointed at the reception was doing his job well and so were all the other staff members.

The room size is very small As soon as I entered there was a manager Mr Manish who was trying to act like a over intelligent in front of the customer. There was no toothbrush set in the room No soap
