I asked for iron they didn't provide, I asked for cleaning they said no staff, I asked for fresh towel, they didn't provide even after 30 mins. Whenever I ordered something, mostly received it late. I had a great stay in Mumbai andheri's bloom last month. But in Noida sector 19. The service is pathetic. Had to continue my stay only because my workplace was near otherwise would have switched.

Pros - Hospitality is unwavering. no complaints at all. immediate resolution provided to minor issue just after check-in. Cons - corridor was a bit smelly A split AC in my room in humid days was not enough to cool the room immediately without a ceiling fan. either there should have been some way to maintain room temp without a ceiling fan. it almost took 15-20 mins to circulate cool air from ac in room.

I've stayed many times in Bloom Hotel in different locations. These are the things in which they're always good Service Quality, Amenities Cleanliness. This was the first time I ordered food, it was not good at all. The bad thing was I found a Millipede inside a room just before the check out. I was in a rush so didn't complain to the staff. But I believe should be taken seriously.

it was a very good experience. they had all the basic amenities like mini fridge, water, hot water, wifi, tv, kettle and some other little things as well. room was very well cleaned and staff was very nice. also room was well lit and everything was working fine. i enjoyed my stay there for 2 days.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. peacefully

Comparatively smaller size of room. Not appropriate arrangement for bathing. Had to demand for basic usable things. But overall staff behaviour was good and satisfactory. Won't say worth the money but good enough.

Room was clean but washroom was stinky. Very high rates as compared to the interiors. Only plus point is location. Overall it is ok but Bloom should be not charging 4k for this hotel.
