Hotel Blue Executive Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport

The Hotel location is very bad. the entrance goes through a dingy passage with a factory with all factory packets lying there like a go down. the hotel room was very dirty with dust all around as if it had not been sweeped for days. the spring Mattress on the bed was broken and uneven and the bed sheet and pillow covers were very dirty. the bed sheet sheet was torn. Due to the broken mattress it was all uneven due to which I could not sleep the whole night. the food menu was costly like 5 star hotel. the bathroom wash basin tap was not working with very slow water. the pan was not cleaned and broken. no other toiletries provided other than towel and hand wash. the hot water geyser was out of order. the bucket provided was very dirty and was filled with water as if some one had used the washroom. over the experience is horrifying, unhygienic and unpleasant. plz do not opt for this hotel.

Hotel is located in Industry building when i asked hotel staff that the pics are different why don't you put current one they said why did you booked the room who asked you, is it the way to welcome guests.its too noisy from morning 8 Am, you will not get feeling of hotel.Hotel entrance is too bad. Room beds are too old and lot of maintenance work needed in hotel. No soap, no clean towels, no room cleaning, no clean toilet. Its not good for family at all. no cleanses in room and no daily cleaning. Lot of couples visiting hotel and hotel entrance is too too worst.No privacy in hotel, so compact room that i can hear the clear voice from other rooms without putting 1% effort.

Writing this on behalf of my friends since they stayed at this hotel for more hours! we checked in pretty late around 8 pm and checked out too early the next day. the room that was offered had cockroaches. we got another one and that too had few cockroaches. We had paid 1700 for one night and atleast expected decent amount of cleanliness & hygiene in rooms. The staff was sour and sweet but not hot tempered. please work on maintaining certain amount of hygiene and cleanliness in all rooms! it's sad

one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed, the staff they are very rude they don't even know how to interact with the guests, I think oyo should especially focus on maintenance, cleanliness, and especially the staff, if you need a good customers try to bring a hospitality staff not a staff who is very rude. I recommend everyone never ever stay in OYO very bad very very very bad.
