Hotel Bramha Inn

Very pathetic service , guys aap sabhi se request hai Is hotel me stay mat kariye bahut hi kharab situation hai. Hotel team ne Room ke photographs dushre rakhe hai agar aap booking karwaonge toh aapko Bahut hi pathetic room diya jayega . Jaha Koi facilities nahi hai .show ho raha hai LED , Intercom , Good Quality rooms , Breakfast aur Bathroom, and Internet Wifi lakin isme se kuch bhi kaam ka nahi hai . Aur LED sirf kehne ke liye hai lakin chalta nahi hai , Intercom hai nahi har baar Reception me jaakar bolna padta hai , Room ne insect bhi hai mene already staff ko bataya bhi lakin kisi ne koi action nahi kiya ,breakfast ke naam par Sirf Poha milta hai , Internet wifi kuch bhi kaam nahi karta hai , bathroom me Mirror bhi nahi hai aur Sirf room ka size baada hai lakin ander me facility zero hai . AC sirf kehne ke liye laga hai . infact water bhi maangna padta hai Staff se tab pani dete hai Mene Hotel staff ko kaha ki mujhe room change karke de do lakin unhone mana kar diya ye kehke ki itne price me yahi room milta hai lakin agar aap off line room loge toh uska tariff 1700+ se start hota hai waha par sab facility avilable hai baad me mene unhe kaha fir aapne Jo show kiya hai woh kya hai toh unhone kaha ki sirf waha Customer ko attract karne liye hai ..... Mene jab aur insisit kiya room change karne ke liye toh mujhe Staff ne kaha ki 1 day ka aur stay aap kariye tab hum aapko upgraded room provide karenge .....pls sabhi se request hai Hotel me stay mat kariyega

tv does not work, they don't give the complimentary water ...you always have to ask for it.... they will disconnect the intercom as per their convenience..... it's a joke in the name of complimentary breakfast, as except poha and upma, no option... also breakfast is available as per their availability .. it's uncertain...you may get, may not get.... the amenities they mention are all missing ...but the manager only understands money...reluctant about service.

room was good, they charged 500 rupees for early check in for just 1 hr 30 mineven i am staying there for 2 days, they were asking for their early checking charges and payment for food in the night. i said i will pay at time of checkout , they said this is our hotel policy, i said mai niche aa rha hu abhi checkout krunga usne bola aapko sahi lge kro sir. even wifi was not working.

The key card doesn't work. The room didn't have TV channels, and were not informed about it inspite of asking. We were woken up in the middle of the night asking what time we checked in or did we have a car parked in the parking.. All these could have been avoided if the reception would have been upfront about these things...Might think before booking again
