Pleasant stay, staff was good and courteous, food was good and served hot, room service was good, they also provided us choice to choose from 2 valley view rooms (though this might depend on availability), helped with a room heater (with extra pay), guided us with travel and sightseeing, 15-20 minutes walk to mall road (there are multiple routes, shortest one is the steepest), there was one negative point though, on the last day we were in a hurry to catch our bus but the staff declined to prioritize our order...otherwise the stay ws good and the valley view was awesome

My stay was nice, the ambience of Hotel was so positive and peaceful. it was exceeded to my expectations. Staff was so cooperative, Candid and gentle.. restaurant's food was so Scrumptious. Food quality was up to the mark. i must say naveen Rana, restaurant manager was so amicable and welcoming. For me it was the my best stay in shimla..

We booked two non-valley view rooms..one of the rooms was even upgraded to a valley view room and the service and amenities were excellent.. The room interiors were also very nice. overall a great experience. Safety, privacy and support was excellent. Each floor of the hotel had floor assistants who were very helpful

Very nice and clean rooms and the staff are really polite and humble in their service. The view from the room was really good. Also the best part was their food at their restaurant, those were also very nice.
