I stayed here for 1 nights with my family. This is a very good hotel. Here are some good things about the property- 1. Equidistant from main road and cable car stand and Nag Temple area. 2. Amazing staff. Overwhelming hospitality. 3. Spacious room. Neat and clean. All amenities up and running. Like TV, warm water 4. Peaceful location. 100 meters from railway road cutting down the traffic noise. 5. Amazing food.veg and no - veg 6 .Big Garden, space 7 .Dj party .must enjoy with family 8 Big Rooms,with hill view balcony Hotel lived up to its commitments. I think this property has the right ingredients to become an amazing hotel. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Can include a small kids area. My kid had an amazing time in this hotel. They have a small garden which is neat and clean. Few rides/ toys can be installed here for kids. With a caretaker. This will be extra cost to hotel but I think this will make it more lively. 2. 100 meter road connecting hotel to the main road is a turn off. A very little can be done on public roads by the hotel. But if some plantation/ beautification can be done that will add to the value if the property. Specially the bus stand in front of hotel downgrades the property looks from outside. 3. Complementary evening tea in common area can also be added. 4. Hotel phones are difficult to reach at times due to network issues. I will like to emphasise that hotel delievered more than it promised.

arun sir who is owner as well manager of this hotel what a genuine person he is, we faced some problems but there was power cut off due to snow fall even electric pole covered with snow, they provided generator power at night, less option of foods but was good in taste ,& there was problem for staff too so we should have to be adjustable according to situation.. happy to visit there.. thanks to arun sir once again, I forget my costly sunglass there at arun sirs cab, will try to get back by the hand of my friend visiting there this week.. hope arun sir will manage 😉

Hotel staff (Mr jaan Mohamad) is very cooperative and polite. Manager guide us very well telephonically, way from Jammu to patnitop .food is very good and tasty. Quilt and blankets are good. Rooms are neat and clean. Outside view of hotel is good . But hotwater is not available and 200meter way from main road to hotel need to be improved .

1 - Pathetic hotel 2 - Breakfast was denied although I was included 3 - 15 mins of hot water in the entire day 4 - No heater 5 - Door was broken, no privacy 6 - TV was not working 7 - No WiFi 8 - No one was there to help you at anytime as in it was a ghost house 10 - Kitchen was full of cockroaches and rats 11 - far away from near by hotels...

This hotel is going through renovation. So tourists don't get proper service as well as proper amenities. Not even proper hygiene as they don't have enough staff this time. But with limited resources, they provided their best. Very helping in nature. Still, I will not recommend others to avail the services for coming few months.

Enjoying stay. overall Best stay and super rooms .. last 5 year continue stay in New Broadway. it's my Experience best service and rooms are neat and comfortable ..mainly wooden and family rooms ,All Amenities are available. Thanks to Hotels staff. I visited again, and recommend to all

Everything was amazing at this hotel. I really appreciate Ranjeet's behaviour, and the room was beautifully maintained and i just can't forget the mesmerizing view from my balcony. Don't forget to have chicken cooked by Jaan Mohd. and the way he offers the service is commendable. He is just awesome.

Worst hotel with this price . There was nowater in tap in bathroom no room heater rajai had no covering , very difficult to go inside. Food quality was horrible. I stayed on 30th Dec2020 and it was my worst day of my life in that cold. I was praying to God for somehow passing that day.

Great living in Patni top. Nice three side view from our family room. Hotel provided good veg food at night and Pratha in morning. Hotel proprietor Mr Arun is very helpful. They provided us taxi from Katra to go Patnitop on regioneble rate. I would like to again in this hotel.

Enjoyed going there i had absolutely blast in visiting ..The new Broadway.....the green beauty and the naag temple had attracted me a lot ....I had planned for visiting one day but the beauty of the hotel compelled me for more and finally i stayed there for 3 days ...

hotel is in lonely place.... moreover hotel is in shaby condition... No room heater in winter in the rooms. Approaching road is in very bad condition...... Even booking I had left hotel and book another hotel of same cost.....pls don't book it

Room was booked with complementary brkfast but when i asked them, they were not aware of it. tea and toast was offered in brkfast. rooms were not clean. all services were chargeable even extra blanket also. not recommended.

very bad experience,mene family room book kiya but hotel manager not providing family room ,no light in hotel,no hot water,no heater,no toiletries provide,very bad food facilities.

Maha bakwas hotel Kabhi Nahin Jana chahie in the future light bhi nahin rahti hai aur only for 3rd class hotel. hotel management is very bad person bad person location is very bad
