the Room service and Dine in service in restaurant was really bad. it took them 45 minutes to give me Tea and sandwich in their restaurant all this while my family was just sitting and waiting for it. their room service guy told us you don't need to order separately from ala carte you have free dinner at our buffet. but when we got there, one of the coordinator their just stopped my family and without emotions said it on my face that you don't have any dinner here. you need to go back and order in your room. I had to come back and order again and wasted my dinner time again.told this to reception but looks like they weren't too concerned about it too.

Had an Amazing Experience. 5 out of 5 stars. Rooms are very big, comfortable and each and everything is designed to give you comfort. They have taken care of every single details in their interiors. Their Hard work and thinking can be seen easily. The Pool attached to the Villa is very Good. Big Enough to have fun to the Fullest. The service, The Food, The Staff. Everything was beyond perfection.

nice experience. in covid time when swimming pool usage is not allowed and not even safe, personal pool in the room is good concept. you can spend some time at play area specially for kids. cultural programme in the evening was good. food was good but could be more indian style

I'm giving one star additional just for the private pool, so you can imagine the rest. It's at best the service of a budget hotel, pretending to be a luxury experience. So much room to improve!
