I had a comfortable stay along with my wife for 2 nights. pros: 1) Location is a big plus. it is far from city in between the coffee estate. 2) They have a big plantation to visit and 2 ponds which is flooded with fish and u can do fishing which is chargeable. If u want to stay close to nature. this is a nice place. 3) Hospitality is top notch. They will provide u whatever u need. Always will b there to assist u. The guys who will assist u are bit weak in Hindi but they will try their best to help u. 4) Food was bit costly and tastes homely which is acceptable in this remote location. 5) The cab driver Satish whom they have provided is a great person. usually cab driver do tantrums and don't take to all the nearby tourist places which they have promised. but Satish made us visit all the places and was very friendly & soft spoken. He didn't even charged more. 6) They had provided all the amenities which they had mentioned in the goibibo , so nothing to complain. Cons: 1) Network coverage is weak which is acceptable in this remote location. Airtel and Jio has almost no coverage. 2) I had choosen standard room which was very small along with the bed. This was no way a couple room. Room and the bed was small as per the price u pay. 3) No wifi for standard room, atleast wifi should have been provided. with no network in the middle of estate. we need some kind of option to connect to rest of the world. 4) The homestay was under construction. I feel they should provide more lights in the property. during the night the entire property looks so scary due to very less lights. They should install more lights near the rooms and also on the trails towards the estate.. Personal Experience: I had chosen Standard room and i and my wife were the only 2 person staying and 2 nearby rooms were vacant. Infront of my room there was a pond and beside pond there was a huge lush of coffee estate. in the night with the howling of wild animals and pitch dark surrounding, it was looking spooky. it was a kind of horror scene. if u want to experience that. do visit this property.

Pros: 1) This stay is in a coffee estate, which gives a refreshing experience in early mornings and completely away from all noises.2) Very happy with local helper boys service especially Murali.3) Some of the food and snack items are amazing. We ordered chapathi, rice along with Dal Fry and panner butter masala and some starters like french fries. All of them are very tasty and we enjoyed them a lot.4) Fishes and different kinds of plants were there to spend some time.5) A perfect get away experience.6) Deluxe rooms are Good to stay.Cons: 1) We visited with our Kids and we faced few issues after evening light failure time like around 7 to 8 where there were so many Rain insects coming attracted to light source and all of them were coming inside of our room, which makes Kids trouble, though Helper Murali and other person helped us in getting this issue resolved. But I felt like to better avoid coming here with Kids.2) Some of the items in the menu are not that good like Fried rice and onion pakoda.3) Swimming pool and Kids play area are not in operation due to the renovation and construction.One last piece of advice: If you are traveling to this estate, it's better to travel by own vehicle and don't depend on public transport as it is almost 9kms away from madikeri.

Very Peaceful , Serene Village Location . Nothing to worry for Families and Friends... Actually after going through the bad reviews we were in a dilemma to book this property or not. But we were happy with the budget and activities like swimming, Boating , Camp Fire... So before booking called Mr. R.K.Bhat who runs this property. He was very helpful and frank and politely conveyed his concept on developing this Budget Resort. He said to watch photos properly before making the booking and those are really real photos. Also he stressed that this is similar to Camping Life amidst Nature where in all basic amenities required for a happy holiday are provided in low budget without luxury. We after staying here on our wedding anniversary occasion really loved this place and the excellent food prepared by the Owner and also Care Taker of this property Mrs. Veena Sudheer . We bought Wine, Honey, Spices from her which are very cheap compared to the shops in sight seeing places. Boys who served and attended us in Boating, Camp fire, though not professionals, were good and humble. This is not a Commercial Resort . A Farm House converted for Holiday Seekers... If you like simplicity then you can enjoy here...

We arrived at the Camp Coorg Estate Resort around 8 pm night. We were amazed to see the resort located right in the middle of a jungle and beside coffee plantation giving it a unique and adventure seeking experience. The tent was setup up with proper mosquito net and easy access to washrooms. We were fortunate to get the tent just beside a large pond with moon light falling on our faces. Bornfire arrangement was arrange on request basis and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner and stay at this resort. I will definitely recommend to my friends for a visit to this resort.
