Positives: Very accomodative owner, allowed to extend the checkout by 6 hours which was a great gesture. took care of our request for some particular utensils and arranged it. Location is great just 10 minutes walk to beach. Negatives: Very old building (from inside it appears well maintained and clean), no lift (property on 2nd floor so manageable), Common bathroom flush was leaking and jet was also not working properly. We faced issues in water supply (probably due to leakage in batroom) and faced disruption twice in 2 days stay. Also getting hot water was a bit difficult and there was only one tap so mixing hot and cold was not possible. water pressure in shower of main bathroom was also very low. Also, some issues which occur with old buildings like ants and cokroach were observed. But caretakers were always available at phone call and tried to resolve the issues.

pathetic experience plz don't ever book this hotel they will never give you the room they promised. I booked a 2bhk for 5 people for 2 days but once I reach hotel the owner is telling there is no vaccant room available if I want room then adjust 1day in a dirty 1bhk I paid 9k for 2 days horrible experience
