great place to stay ambience - 10/10 food - 8/10 (snacks are overpriced, price of lunch & dinner is ok taste also ok types) service - 10/10 location - 10/10 staff behaviour - 10/10 check in check out - 10/10 only 1 de merit - swimming pool Goa is a place where people go to relax and have fun. They return to their hotel late at night to unwind, but the pool is closed by then. The pool is only accessible during daytime hours from 10 am to 6 pm. We have to request special permission to use the pool at night, and even then, it's only for an hour."😭 Also their pool floor is broken - chances of getting injured is a bit high (personal experience, got hurt).. hopefully they will renovate the same soon. but the pool is clean & highly maintained.

the hotel has a 4.7 rating. however, did not find it upto the mark. the location is such that it is quite dark just outside the hotel. getting luggage from parking to room is inconvenient. did not get hot or warm water inspite of wasting so much water. just that it was not cold water.also, lost electricity to our room in the night at 2:00 am and had to go down since there is no direct way to communicate with the desk except through a whatsapp option. it happened due to tripping of the line to the room. however, food was good and they had lot of options. one suggestion is to start the buffet breakfast at least by 7:30 instead of 8:30 which becomes too late. had to skip it during our stay since we had to start early to drive to mangalore

The hotel's location is ideal, close to major attractions yet maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Casa de Patio exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, charming ambiance, and convenient location. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

Me & my friend planned for a 3 day stay at Casa de Patio and I must say it was a wonderful one. Truly appreciate the humble staff and their 'always ready to help' attitude towards their residents. The rooms were clean with all the necessary facilities along with good room service. As women travellers, we felt safe at the property and well heard whenever we requested or wanted information about something. I would highly recommend staying at Casa de Patio :)

The stay was decent, but I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms were uncomfortably small, and the wide passages between them made the space allocation seem inefficient. Additionally, the property is located a bit far from the main road and is in a quiet, somewhat isolated area, which didn't feel very safe in my opinion.
