I had a good time in this hotel. Rooms are spacious with all required amenities. The location is perfect. close to the railway station and shopping area. Food is tasty. The only issue is Hot water is not available all the time and it takes time to get hot water. Otherwise all good.

It's located in the heart of city so it's very conveniently located & is very accessible as well as it's very well connected with the other parts of the city. The hotel's property is amazing too. The rooms & services of this hotel are fab & it was an great experience staying here.

As it's located on the main road itself so location wise it's very conveniently located. The property in amazing as well. Their rooms & services were just fab. They even have a parking area over here was it definitely a plus point for them. Overall it was a perfect stay on mine.

According to the location it was east to locate.Staffs & services were good and the neatness & cleanness was also perfect but there only one issue, they provided breakfast which was complimentary,but there was some insect in it.Overall apart from this everything was great.

actually the rooms were booked for my sisters marriage and the overall experience was superb,the dealings of the staff were very friendly and they are giving high value for customer satisfaction,the restaurant was good and complementary breakfast was good too....

Good Hotel to stay. Friendly staffs. Toiletries were provided. Cleanliness. Restaurant is not open but they arrange food from outside. Near to Nagampadam busstand and Kottayam railway station
