At first, they denied the check in after seeing the deal price I paid for.I decided to find another place by manually visiting hotels .Next after few mins, goibibo higher management jumped into & resolved the issue.Still, after such a long discussion, I can clearly see that the hotel was very much reluctant to accept us as a guest. I got the room but hospitality was clearly missing.It was little embarrassing for my family to check-in into such a hotel which earlier denied our check-in and after an intervention from the goibibo accepted our check-in.I paid exactly what goibibo asked me for. I didn't negotiate with goibibo. We all don't do negotiations with Goibibo. And then we face such things. Which are not supposed to happen ever. The hotel should be very clear about their expectations from goibibo regarding the price point. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Rooms were very good.Hotel location was easy accessible.

Very nice and clean hotel. You get 4 star amenities in the price of 3 star. Worth staying. The only problem is untrained staff. They forcefully interfere in your privacy. The guy is sending WhatsApp messages to leave rating at 9 am, that too when I was still in the room. I couldn't reply since I was sleeping. However, he didn't stop. He asked me to reply. The other serious concern was that I went to pickup my stuff from the car downstairs. And housekeeping staff entered my room with his master key. Meanwhile, I came back and asked him what was he doing inside. He said that he thought I checked out. So these guys don't even coordinate with reception before entering into the room.

I am forced to write a review about the horrible experience i faced as a business traveller.1. The day i checkin i had to literally shout multiple times to change the linen of the bed and comforter as it was so dirty. 2. In my 3 day stay , I did not even get a single day of hot water in chilling temperature outside. later after shout they send some hot water.3. I had to literally fight for the Gst invoice ,which they denied to give at 1st. Then they gave me but not for the exact amount i paid. Now how shall i submit this bill to my company ?

I wish to give rating below 1 even in negative if possible. First of all actual room is different and very down grade in compare to what they shown in picture. Probably they click room picture from some other good hotel and post Room service is very poor. You have to wait for more then 1.5 hrs for your food (even for tea). They have policy to provide just a single paratha without any pickle on the name of complementary breakfast. Overall I am highly dissatisfied from the hotel. It was a big mistake to book the room in this hotel.
