horrible rooms , had to manually upgrade by paying extra and the reception didn't let me check-in. had to wait for an hour in the reception.entry isn't permitted unless both guests arrive together , the receptionist kept changing the minimum required age according to whatever he wanted ( went from saying they needed ids for 18+ to 20+ )

the bed was not clean also everywhere hair were there on bed, floor, pillows, no hygiene also the ac was not working properly water was falling down on the floor we have putted the cloth to soke that water very bad. i have spent 1800 for one day booking and that was very bad

Not recommended unless u want worst experienc.taking bookings in d name of central park but no board nearby.later on saying name is changed to saphire.Staff is unprofessional.no respect of guests.worst of worse staff.rooms r fine though.otherwise highly unrecommended.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am.I had a wonderful experience at the (HN).The staff at this property are all great!

the room is good but they denies the stay saying rooms are not available but actually rooms ateya available but they want to give it on hourly basis since that is more profitable

this is the worst hotel of the price so much cheap things happen in hotel the staff have no manner how to entry room and talk with the travelers
