The hotel is brand new and very neat and clean. Excellent location,the hospitality is very good. Specially I would like to mention about the hotel manager, is a very polite and soft spoken person. He will assist and help in every possible way. The food will come directly from hotel royal bengal as they don't have any restaurant, a little bit costly but the taste is very good. Also there is a very good restaurant just opposite of this hotel, that was also very good. So, I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms are maintained very well, they're very clean. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of their own but there's a very good restaurant just opposite this property. Moreover there are several options to choose from within a couple of minutes' walking distance. The staff are very attentive and can bring food from the restaurants if you don't feel like going out. The property is relatively new so not many know about its location, just ask to be dropped off near Hot Chilli or Hotel Royal Bengal.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel on April 2022. The hotel is located at the heart of the city. The hotel is neat and clean. Staff behaviour is too good. The hotel is not having their own restaurant. But they have a tie-up with another hotel, and they can provide food, if needed. There is a restaurant at the opposite side of the hotel, too, which is very good and with reasonable price. Overall experience is too good. I'll visit again.

It was a great experience staying there for two nights. Staff behaviour is fantastic. They are always ready to serve you. Manager Tutul da is very gentleman and cooperative. All staffs are cooperative. Room size is good. Clean bathrooms. The position of the hotel is at the centre of town. I will prefer to stay this very hotel next time surely.

this hotel is new and very neat and clean... my room was spacious with a large bed. the check in process was very fast and the staff behaviour was also good. they don't provide fooding but they would give a menu of hotel royal bengal restaurant and you can place an order over phone call. but the food is very costly.

The hotel is neat and clean. Location of the hotel is very good. Staff behaviour & room is also very good. No food is available in the hotel, though on demand they arranged food from nearby hotel. They should introduce fooding facility in the hotel to further improve their standard.

Hotel's in a good place. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are polite and help you in every possible way. In case, you are planning a trip by TOTO for a tour of the entire place, then you can ask the staff for an arrangement. Pleasent stay. Peaceful area.

Wonderful place! neat and clean . Close to the railway station and also the Shantiniketan Medical College which I had come to attend a seminar . Staff are friendly and very helpful. Wi Fi not there presently, but will be working from October.

The hotel is new, thus it is very clean. It is very near to hotel royal Bengal & green chili. pleasant stayed here for one day. Just one thing I would recommend here that to add toothpaste in the bathing kit. else everything was good.

The Hotel location is good. Cleanliness, amenities, food and drink is ok. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One setback was the bed, the mattress was really hard, I understand its favored by some people, but its not for me.
