*1/5 - Horrible Stay* My recent stay at Hotel Taj Akash was a complete disappointment. Despite booking with high expectations, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities like water, soap, and room service. Even after calling the reception multiple times, no one seemed to care or take action. The room's washroom was in a terrible state, with water not draining properly. It was clear that the hotel wasn't interested in maintaining cleanliness or providing a comfortable stay. The lack of attention to guest needs and poor maintenance made my stay unbearable. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options. - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Service: 1/5 - Amenities: 1/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5 *Not Recommended*

flush of washroom was not working properly we showed them the problem they didn't fix it. it was not functioning although it had a pressing mechanism. we had to rotate the press button in order to flush.once the water was coming out it was becoming a tiresome task to stop the water.. there was a tv inside the room. it didn't have a dth connected..although later they connected a dth but it was not working. they didn't fixed the issue throughout ours stay inspite of informing them multiple times.. these were the issues faced by us. otherwise the hotel was clean. bathroom was clean. not a satisfactory stay. also the geyser was not working properly

very bad experience the hotel stay was horrible the first room there was no telephone also ac was not working in the second room the tv was not working also tap was not working when we were ordering food there was no menu card they gave it us online and it was clearly mentioned in it that 2pcs roti will cost 25 rs but they charged 25rs for single roti also food and drinks are very overpriced although the taste was average i request everyone to choose you stay wisely also they didn't gave us extra towel even after saying twice and thrice

Overall experience was good. Receptionist should be little more professional and welcoming in behaviour. He should be trained for hotel business manners, behaviour & facial gesture towards guest. Staffs are inexperienced and untrained in this line.
