we had to book this hotel and the management is well behaved, but the condition of the room, I meant the cleanliness of the rooms and cottages were pathetic. The rooms weren't ready, in simple words. Room service interms of cleaning was probably a joke.I have uploaded the pics of my pillow, they were stained, the bathroom wasnt cleaned nor was the room.There were stains evrywhre.Since we had limited options we just had to compromise...

Worst hotel.I booked a non AC room , when I checked in , i found no geyser or hot water supply was there in the roomon Confronting the manager, he told me to pay extra and upgrade the room.i paid extra, and this is the condition of upgraded room.Kindly do not book this hotel at any cost.

It is a worst stay, I ever had in my life time. That too with FAMILY.1. Power cut since 1AM (with No AC) 2. Water clogged in the Bathroom3. Bed Size too small for a family4. Intercom not working 5. Balcony View horrible6. No food available.

Excellent service of this hotel & as well as good behaviour of hotel staf, food service. Car parking area so big for 4 wheeler, conference room also so good. All area neet & clean. I like very much for this hotel & resorts.

Very good place for people traveling with car. Large place for safe packing inside the campus. Campus have nice garden and open place. Children may play inside.
