This hotel is just "PERFECT". We simply walked to this hotel from the railway station. Rooms, staff, service are way above great. They give you "Quality" and Udaipur will be more welcoming here. Foods is also prepared fresh. You also get map on the reception and bike rental contact as well without deposit. As I had the early morning train to catch, hotel staff packed breakfast for me, which made my day. Thank You to this hotel for making my stay great. I'll visit again. My wife liked the hotel. Location id great. People do recommend Lake Pichola facing hotel, but during night I find the narrow lanes there dark. Good to visit these for breakfast and siteseeing. For stay, I preferred hotel with great ammeneties and easy connectivity to all essential places as well.

This place is truly amazing! Firstly, it's located close to the main city area, which makes it super convenient. Secondly, the overall vibe of the property is very positive and welcoming. The staff, right from the security uncle to the service team, is extremely courteous and welcoming. The highlight of our stay was the on-call conversation with the owner of the property—an exceptionally polite and kind person. We had a minor issue with our room, and he resolved it immediately with utmost grace. The food here is delicious and offered at very affordable prices. Great taste and great value! Overall, a very pleasant stay in Udaipur. Highly recommended! Kudos to the owner for maintaining such a lovely place.

i have to say, the hotel is just superb! right in the center of the city! also the cleanliness and the food was just fantastic! i stayed with my family and booked family suite with bathtub, and i have the say that the way it is designed, it's a yes yes if you are coming with family! loved my stay over there! the staff was also very courteous.

nice hotel... u get nice view from room, the room, washroom was clean, everything was fully organised. No need to second think about the hotel. very near to railway station as well as bus station. Best experience at such a nominal price. no one disturbed, no sound of horns, comfy beds, comfy stay.

It was a very good and comfortable stay with CITY CONNECT BY DOWNTOWN. Staff was very humble, supportive. We have a 9 month old child so they prepared food for our baby and everything was perfect. Room size was very big and clean aswell
