Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Receptionist Snehalata, spreading positive vibes and All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travelled for Office purpose. I stayed in hotel 4 times, In last couple of months. It's matter of time and money. comfortable rooms for working professionals, Bhojanam Veg restorunt is there to walk.

Hotel City is situated in a really good location. Everything you need is nearby. Hotel staff is very couteous. Also it is getting renovated so all future customers can expect a brand new place with excellent facilities. I will recommend highly recommend it.

Receptionist, manager and staff behaviour is so good.restaurent food is pure vegetarian and delicious. Before check in time they also provide room for freshness and staff are so polite manners.restaurent is all time rush due to delicious food providing.

Overall good hotel to stay in Berhampur. Placed at heart of the city and Arnapurna market is also very near so communication problem is not there. Staffs are also very good.
