First the owner refused to take the booking, he said your booking is not confirmed whereas my booking was confirmed, then I had to call customer care, after that the owner provided the room, after that he charged ₹20 for water in the room, when I went to the room he did not even provide the room key, he just opened the room, when I went to sleep there was a stink coming from the quilt, when I woke up in the morning the towel in the washroom was dirty, the geyser was not working, even in such cold I had to take bath with cold water, when I told this to the owner he started making excuses,

Pathetic experience with this hotel. I slept with the bed bugs whole night. No soaps or handwash given in the washroom. Drinking water was also chargeable. I had booked the room with complimentary breakfast but the hotel manager denied for the same. I strongly would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The service is very poor. AC makes too much noise. No cleanliness. washrooms are dirty. Lights are not in good condition. Not at all good. very bad experience. after 11 pm-7 am no service available.
