The location is very convenient close to railway station. Thats the only good point. remaining aspects are hopeless. The front glass panelled view deceives all customers. Behind is total uncleanliness, odour, dust laden windows, glasses are all over. the passageways are gloomy and dark. Passageways are full of cigarette smoke smell. No complimentary mineral water bottle ( which is conventional in other hotels) and no electrict kettle for tea/coffee making. The room linens are not changed daily and are spoiled and dirty. Manager/incharge flatly refuse for change overs or are helpless. Toilets are full of leaky taps and no slippers provided. Solar hot water is namesake. There is no display of intercom nos. for reception/room service and have to keep on asking everything. The straange part is we were welcomed with cup of coffee which was charged later on. We had not asked for coffee nor it was time for it as we arrived at noon. But we were slapped with bill for coffee. Also we were asked tp pay for mineral water which we had not ordered and then it was waived off.The manager reluctantly serves you. Overall there is no value for money as compared to other city hotels. Only plus point is room is big but shabby.

price is too high. not worth. Goibebo should talk responsibility that room should be clean,tv is working n all. I booked early but after reaching tv was not working n room was not clean. When i entered i realised that room was not clean n tv was not working. But then staf done all job very nicely. Goibebo should know that customers time is important when he is out of station. Why waste time in cleaning n tv repair if advance booking has been done with fully advance pay. Why u dont check room in advance.

the hotel rooms were dirty.cupboards were full of dust and cobwebs. the jet spray in the washroom was leaking. also there were numerous flies in the washroom even the switch board buttons in the entire room were dirty. half of the lights in the room were not operational.the staff didn't come to pickup luggage even after calling twice.same happened when asked for mineral water bottle.overall very bad experience

Worst hotel I ever visited. No cleanliness, door locks were broken, no water supply in the washroom, hotel staff do come in the room without knocking the door, we changed 3/4 rooms but all rooms wer in worst condition, Would never recommend this to anyone.

hotel was good,the food is also good.but there's no cleanness, bedsheets was dirtiest, red stains on our bedsheets that was wrost experience 😣about hotel.😖😖 and bathroom's besin had a leakage, water was come into the room.

I booked a suit and was given a regular room and the hotel staff said it's a suit. On the second day I booked regular room and got the same room with a cheaper price.

Hotel moost unclean and leaky taps. Bedsheets used and not washed. reused. room service bills r not correct and adjust in protest.
