    Dear Mr. Kumar, Greetings of the day and thank you for your valuable feedback. We have gone through your feedback in detail and would like to thank you for complimenting the staff,"Servants seem they are owners". No company will grow till the employees think they are the owners. It is good to know that our team is putting company interests before their own interests. Your room was booked along with other guests for a wedding party. The party host had hired an event management company to take care of your needs like luggage transfer, availability of vehicle/ cab, to provide necessary information etc. It was the responsibility of event hired company to ensure that they attend to your luggage transfer but when it was brought to our notice that they are not able to handle it, we sent our team of Bell boys to assist. With 60 rooms checking out it will take some time for luggage to be brought down. Had you told us in advance about the timing of check out and that you need a Bell boy, we would have ensured that he would have been there in time. Secondly you mentioned about lift not working. You mentioned that you are a lawyer and you must have traveled all across the world. The objective of the lift is to take guests from one floor to another but when parents enjoy the wedding functions leaving their children un attended, who press all buttons on the floor and in the lift, as if it is a toy. When this is brought to the host or parents notice the standard answer is," Bache hain"( they are kids). When we place a lift man for guest convenience, people like you say**...... When the lift displays or give signals that it is over loaded no one wants to come out. Under these circumstances the lift will stop functioning, and guests like you blame the Hotel management. Once you give the car to valet for parking it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the car valet tag. Even after you asked for the blazer you should have asked for the tag even if the valet had forgotten to hand over the same to you as he practically parks more than 100 vehicles in a day and cannot remember each and every car number. Once the valet tag is lost there are certain formalities to be completed before the vehicle is handed over to the genuine owner. You dint have the vehicle RC, your driving license dint have the address or the license number or any other residential Id proof. But we still gave you the vehicle after completing the due formalities within 20 minutes. It is you, who has to prove the ownership of the vehicle. If there was any delay it was at your end in proving your ownership of the vehicle.If anyone else would have come with the valet tag from where would we bring the vehicle?.But it is always easy to shift the blame on to a poor and a less educated valet driver for loosing the key tag ...........
