The overall experience was good. There were two problems that we faced: 1. AC was not working properly. 2. The floor was cleaned by some liquid which made it a little sticky. Our slippers were sticking on floor. We were in the room only for two hours that is why we have not asked them to fix the problem. The room and washroom were clean and maintained.

Location and interior is excellent. I was faced following problem in hotel ;- bad sheets were not clean, bathing tab faulty/broken and other initial things like drinking water, tawal, bucket, brushing kit etc were not available in room, not check by any staff before before check in. I was ask for each and every item than provide.

I upgraded to pride Luxury room. spacious than deluxe and comfort as well. warm welcome at reception. food qulity is good. location is good. room is also good... amenities exaggerated description. few were missing, may be because of covid. food + location + spacious room + peaceful atmosphere

A nice hotel for short stays ... It's not in an airy building but rooms are good and well air conditioned... Service is very good ... Can't say about parking but in front of building there is little space for 2 3 vehicles.. food quality is not good.... Location is gr8 as the same is on NH ...

Hotel city pride is located on nh 1 highway everything was great room was clean and well santized food was great especially the staff of hotel is most lovable person I've ever met in hotels.for business traveller hotel's atmosphere is highly quite and pleasant.

Overall experience was average. Located on outskirts. Staff were good. Service was good but not upto the mark. All the amenities were working. Breakfast was complimentary. There is dining facility.

Rooms provided are clean charging extra for one extra bed .food is also not upto mark. bed sheets are not clean. no windows there.overall average stay.staff is good.

Good Hotel. Better managed. On the main road. Adjacent place Abhinandan is good for RajasthNi food. But rooms of Hotel city pride has got no windows at all.
