City Stay Deluxe AC Dormitory

I booked this place for 7 people for a holiday in Goa. The reason behind our choice was due to the reviews we saw and the images they have shared. However, ever since we entered this building, everything was misery. Imagine sleeping in a bed infested with bugs; imagine water dripping from a faulty AC at the entrance of your door, leaving a puddle to cross each time you step in. The bathrooms are awful, with leaking showers and badly maintained floors and closets; even the locker facility. The so-called lockers literally have cement residue and dust covering up anything you put in. And the funnier side is that our locker had no key! Can we call it a locker then? I wonder not!Adding to the misery, all we were allotted was one "so-called" locker for 7 people! We literally witnessed people simply leaving this place after being disappointed by the poor conditions. Even we had to book another stay nearby just to keep our bags safe and to sleep peacefully!If you are someone looking for a place with dirty toilets, ill-mannered staff, zero privacy, and bugs in your bed, this is the perfect place for you...

My Review: This is a good stay if you are a solo traveler and are only looking for a very short term accommodation (like 1 or 2 days max). Wouldn't recommend this for families, couples or for people booking long duration stays (greater than 2 days). Below are a few pros and cons of the property: Pros: 1) Located in a good place. It is close to Madgaon Junction Railway Station and also close to the Madgaon Main Market 2) Staff was friendly and welcoming 3) The showers had 24 hour supply of hot water for bathing Cons: 1) Doesn't not have a canteen or cafeteria, so you will need to go out to eat your food 2) Bedsheets and blankets were a bit smelly 3) Hand-wash dispenser was installed near the wash basin, but it did not have any hand-wash in it, and was never refilled during the entire stay duration

Such a wonderful dormitory stay. Neat beds and toilets. As its name it is an executive dormitory. Would recommend to everyone. Only thing that worried me is to walk 1.5km from railway station will whole luggage. If you ask for an auto they will ask 100/150 for 1.5km ride. Free . Personal time.

The place it best for stay at night who just need to sleep and keep their luggage at place they also provide locker facility with key those who are planing for stay near madgaon can select this place That simple clean good environment they are maintaining
