Pathetic. (A Paraphrase for them - NAME BIG PHILOSOPY SMALLl)1) Keep 2000 money (In cash), Like really, you pay a huge amount for the booking and again this behavior.2) No Wifi in the room. 3) Water supply stopped4) TV never worked for my entire stay.(Even the technician don't know how to fix the issue)5) Don't ask me about the condition of the pillow covers, they don't have 100 Rs to change the pillow cover.. Thankfully my business partner was not in this hotel, else I would have to feel embracement.Check out the photos and don't ever visit this hotel. It's on my blacklist. I wish I could give a negative rating to CITY WESTEND.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. They demanded extra money, and when we refused, they confiscated our IDs. The manager, who was supposed to be at the reception, was unbelievably rude and started shouting at us. The rooms were smelly, and the staff was completely unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking this hotel in Punjabi Bagh. It's the worst place you could choose—disgusting rooms and atrocious service.

I recently stayed at city westend hotel in Punjabi Bagh.room is very specious n clean.other staff and receptionist lady also very polite n cooperative.house keeping staff also good n polite. Well maintained hotel.feel like 5 star hotel...thank you for make me comfortable at your hotel. Definitely i will visit again at city westend ☺️❤️

rooms are. good enough for a short stay. rooms and toilets doesn't have any ventilation. floors are not cleaned properly and mosquito inside the toilet. service team not good at all, they serve you after almost 50-60 minutes.

Rooms are good & clean. Location is very good Punjabi Bagh club Road. But the service need to be improve at night as i had to wait for the water bottle for at least half n hour during mid night. Rest everything is good.

Rooms need to be maintained beacuse rooms are not up to mark as there is something not wrking everytime or lights do not work properly. remote is missing sometimes or there is water leakage in washrooms.

the receptionist on my demand didn't reduced the servise charges on food and they not even returned 32 rupees what ch were balanced from the security deposit I don't like the place .
