Claret inn by Lawrence Hotels

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Claret Inn and I am compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and hospitable staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and the attentiveness of the team was truly commendable. We also got complimentary breakfast and dinner with our stay package during check in. The highlight of my stay, undoubtedly, was the breathtaking view and prime location that Claret Inn offers. The balcony of my room provided a panoramic spectacle of Dalhousie's natural beauty. Waking up to the sight of mist-covered hills and lush greenery was a surreal experience. The room itself had comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities contributed to the overall sense of luxury. The buffet menu boasted a diverse array of delectable dishes and the dining area's ambiance, coupled with courteous service, elevated the overall dining experience. The entire property exudes a tranquil ambiance, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. In conclusion, my stay at Claret Inn was as per my expectation and highly recommended. The combination of impeccable service, stunning views, and a serene environment makes it a standout destination in Dalhousie. Each and every staff member was courteous however, I would like to mention few names which I remember and would like to extend my gratitude to Gaurav, Neetu, Kajal, Pranav and the housekeeping staff.

Nice Hotel. Overall Satisfactory experience. Comfortable Rooms. Staff was extremely helpful. Would like to mention that Restaurant staff Neetu and Vikas were very courteous and five stars to them. Among Housekeeping there was a guy named Ajeet who was very cordial and helped us throughout our stay making it a good memorable experience. Would love to visit again

Terrible experience. we booked two rooms,both the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. water blockage issue found while Bath, service was also not good, staff so unprofessional and rude while conversation, not worth, money waste, was not up to expectations the amount we spent. I will not recommend it to anyone under this price range

Amazing stay with best service at this hotel. specially in hill side they have maintained varieties in food and services. I stayed in luxury suite which had soothing balcony with hill view and cosy room. my family enjoyed stay in big room
