We were supposed to check-in at 12:00 PM but we were asked to wait for atleast 1 and a half hour as we were told that rooms were not ready. This one and a half hour costed us so badly and our whole schedule was hampered as we were to visit wagah that day and wanted some time in our hand to visit the market and do shopping which we were not able to do as our time was wasted in waiting. Toilet paper was not provided. Even after asking for the same, it was not provided to us. They do not provide normal water and we were forced to buy the mineral water bottle from them...when we complained we were told that money will not be charged for this but the money for mineral water bottle was added in the bill. Food was pathetic, the price and quantity given does not match at all. Raita that was given was plain white colored water and masala padpad was full of tomatoes and nothing else. Biryani Rice were very bland. Overall we had a really pathetic stay. Will not recommend to anyone.

Best dealing and best service. Room is very clean and fresh. Washroom & Toilet is also clean and fresh. extra Towels were Provided. TV facility is very good and easy to handle. I did enjoy that day on Best rates.. Thanks Ibibo and Hotel ! I did like TV facility, Extra Towels, Clean washroom and geyser facility is available. The most one was dealing by receptionist is very good... Thankyou !
