hotel room is gud, it deserve 5 stars. but i cut 2 star as 1st impression of hotel is not good for me. in front of my eye 2-3 guest check out around 10 am and they refuse to give checkin just because **** give me more discount which are not affordable for them..i am waiting for almost 30-40 minutes and i have to pay 300 rupee as early check in charge as i have not enough time to argue with them.. and they told that this ruppe will be reflected in invoice but as it was not reflected in invoice

Rooms were nice, big and clean though I really felt **** should look after some basic amenities on all hotels like for eg., clean and fresh bedsheets pillow covers and blanket covers to be provided, have proper doormat cuz the bathroom water makes the entire room dirty and such little things really would hv made it a great stay. although the staff was very polite

The location of this hotel is it's usp - right behind DMart Baner. Other than that - strictly an avarage place to stay. Rooms have poor sound insulation. Room service leaves much to be desired. Bed linen quality is below avarage - at least I got torn sheets. There is no lift - if you are old or have heavy luggage - get a room on the lower floors.

Hotel was good and clean though but no geyser service for hot water even when I stayed in rainy season. Later they provided immersion heater rod on demand which took time. Also breakfast should be properly managed because they provided only omlette bread and no convenience for vegetarian members. Staff was supportive

Really poor service. Highly disappointed with ****. Lazy staff, Poor maintenance, there was no electricity and water since midnight. Had to checkout early because of this and booked other hotel just to get fresh. Never fall for this hotel again..

Room was not cleaned, dirt of previous guests was not cleaned dustbin was not emptied floor was also not wiped and the blankets were very dirty and room was full of mosquitoes and they didn't had any mosquito repellent.

Highly recommended for budget travellers. The staff is very polite and courteous. Ample parking space for two and four wheelers. Rooms, washrooms very clean and tidy. Located in quite and peaceful location.

Very very poor service. Food is costly. After placing the order for meal at 20.45, served the food at 22.30 & that is also not as per manu. Food served from out side sources.
